Product Ordering Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Your Order

When you place an order on this site, you will receive a order confirmation email. Similarly, when you make a payment via Worldpay for any order, you will receive a receipt from Worldpay via email for your card payment. Please note that neither of these emails constitutes acceptance of your order, as these emails are automatic, and we cannot be certain at the time if we have the product in stock. Your order is not accepted, and no contract shall be deemed to come into force between you and PlayKubb UK until such time as PlayKubb UK sends you a confirmation email stating such. Usually we would hope to confirm your order within 48 hours.

Payment for products sold on this site shall be made by debit or credit card payment in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our web site but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns policy
You have the right to cancel your purchase of any product purchased from this site by sending an email to nickb@kubb.co.uk by the date NO LATER THAN 7 working days after your receipt of the goods. You may cancel the order for any reason, however, if there is no fault in the goods, and you choose to cancel, then you are required to cover the cost of returning the goods to us by post, and must take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. On return of the product in good condition we shall refund the price paid by you for the product and any postage paid for delivery of the product to you.

 Wear & Tear
As Kubb involves throwing blocks of wood at each other, it is in the nature of the game that the pieces may become dented/incur minor damage. This is to be expected and will not lessen the playing experience. It is recommended that the Kubb set is stored in the dry as extended exposure to moisture may damage the set.
